Homework Records
Homework Records Netlabel is a project of the homonym Italy based electronic music producers’ collective. The netlabel comes to light with the precise aim of creating an open network of music and ideas non-stop exchange.
Homework Records purposes different kinds of electronic music: from electronic to abstract hip hop, from minimal techno to tech house, from electro to techno funk.
The download of the Homework Records music is completely free (see below for details about Creative Commons Music Sharing License), since we think that a free acquisition will make the exchange of music and ideas easier, and because the Homework crew’s goal is to create a net in the web, building contacts and collaborations with other similar realities of electronic music web productions (for all what concerns both music co-operations and collaborations in the building up of events, like festivals and so on).
Homework Records wants to be a sort of community composed of producers and listeners, two roles that can easily split. Concerning to this, the Homework crew will be happy to receive and listen to new electronic producers’ stuff, in order to enlarge the artists’ list.
