By 1988 the radio went the way of shit! we've been into the noise genre since 1981 college radio played it heavily between 81 & 86 throbbing gristle/coil caught my attention! cabaret voltaire came soon afterwards. since those days, a growing contempt for commercial radio has prompted us to start doing our own sounds! to fuck the establishment further we took on the name artunit, as an insult to the commercialized art industry! / our material takes no shape or form in terms of sound, we make what has been called harsh noise/dark or death ambient/minimalistic, but our stuff at most times goes beyond these titles, we are true experimentalists in the sense of the word itself! our process of creating is unorthodox I put stuff together that don't go together! and create in a way that can't be repeated- inprovisation they call it. so we are inprov-experimentalist! we hate major record labels/ shit sounding the same/rhetoric so called music of today not yesterday! so if you dig this kind of stuff then add me otherwise fuck off! we ain't changin' fuck the system and all music forms of order! rather order in chaos.
